Iron and sulphur magnetism experiment. Footage of a mixture of iron filings (grey) and sulphur powder (yellow) being used in a demonstration of magnetism. A sample of the mixture is removed from the jar and placed in a dish. A bar magnet is then used to separate the two elements. The iron is magnetic and is attracted to the magnet, while sulphur, being non-magnetic, is not attracted to the magnet.
