Pair of Canada geese (Branta canadensis) in Greenland during the spring thaw. Canada geese are native to North America but have established populations in northern Europe and Asia. They are a recent arrival to Greenland, thought to be due to increased temperatures due to climate change. Filmed in Disco Bay, Greenland, in 2012, which was a record year for the sea ice minimum. | |
