Smegma pearl on the penis of a 10 year old male patient. Smegma pearls are small, yellowish lumps that can form on the glans (head of the penis) of uncircumcised boys due to the accumulation of smegma, which is a normal secretion of skin cells. This condition usually doesn't cause any symptoms and resolves on its own over time. Treatment should include a good hygiene regime in the area. | |
