Friedrich Flick (1883-1972), German industrialist and Nazi war criminal at the Flick Trial in Nuremberg, Germany held by the United States government after the Second World War. Flick was sentenced to seven years in prison for exploiting slave labour and being a member of the 'Circle of Friends of Himmler', a group of industrialists strengthening ties between business and the Nazi party. Flick served three of his seven year sentence, and at the time of his death was the richest man in West Germany. | |
