Weston Ashmore Bousfield photographing scientists. At right is US psychologist Weston Ashmore Bousfield (1904-1986), taking a photograph of two delegates at an American Psychological Association meeting in September 1937. It is thought the delegates are Professor and Mrs H. C. Hamilton. Bousfield's research focused on human memory. He was on the Tufts College faculty from 1921 to 1938, and then became head of the psychology department at the University of Connecticut. Photographed by Marjorie Van de Water (1900-1962). | |
