Pseudomyrmex gracilis (also known as Pseudomyrmex gracilis mexicanus) is called the elongate twig ant or Mexican ant in the family Formicidae. It is a large, slender species native to Mexico. The workers have are wasp-like in appearance and movement. They can be found on all types of vegetation where they forage for live insects or collect honeydew from sap-sucking insects.
