The prostate gland surrounds the neck of the bladder and urethra in males and secretes most of the seminal fluid. Stain has been linked to prostate specific antigen (PSA) antibody and has bound to cancerous epithelial cells (red) of the glandular follicles (irregular shapes). Healthy glandular tissue surrounds the cancer (purple). Prostate cancer is a common cancer in men. Symptoms include difficulty in passing urine and increased need to urinate. Treatment includes surgery and radiotherapy. Magnification x10 at 35mm size
