A nickel metal strip was immersed in a beaker containing a 0.2M copper (II) sulfate solution. Since nickel is more reactive than copper,a single-displacement reaction occurred: Ni + CuSO4 -> Cu + NiSO4. In this sequence the frames are,left to right: nickel strip before it was put into the beaker; seconds after the strip was put into the beaker; after 10 hours; after 22 hours. At that point the strip was removed and the last frame was taken
