| This contrast-enhanced,sagital (from the side),T1-weighted MR image through the orbits and ethmoid sinuses reveals an enhancing mass with focal bone destruction in the ethmoid sinuses and extending into the frontal sinuses. The tumour shows less prominent enhancement than surrounding normal mucosa. This represents a squamous cell carcinoma,which accounts for 80% of malignancies in the sino-nasal region.
