Male gelada baboon (Theropithecus gelada). This baboon inhabits the grasslands areas of the highlands in Eritrea and Ethiopia. Males lead small troops consisting of females and their offspring. However,they may merge with other groups in rich feeding grounds. It feeds mainly on grasses.
