| Unidentified Rabbit fish asleep among coral in the Red Sea. Like the surgeonfish which is a relative,rabbit fish are able to change colour. Here asleep at night this specimen has a grey-mottled night time colouration which camouflages it. This fish would be a completely different colour during day time. Rabbit fish are so-called because their mouth looks like that of a rabbit. This similarity is emphasized by the fact that these fish "munch" almost continuously,like rabbits.
