| POSiFECT wound dressing. This wound dressing administers low-level electric currents to stimulate efficient healing of chronic wounds such as leg ulcers and pressure sores. It works by having a central cathode paddle surrounded by an anode ring. Its electric currents mimic the naturally occurring currents in the body that result from the transfer of electrochemical signals called biocurrents.
