Ribs of the rib- cage are seen with the lungs coloured purple; part of each lung is congested (orange) due to this condition. The diseased heart is at lower centre,appearing as a yellow shadow. It is highly enlarged at lower right,due to the swollen left ventricle protruding into this region.
