The land is green/brown,while clouds are white. The ocean is a dark blue. Forest fires devastated Portugal during a European-wide heatwave in the summer of 2003. Record-breaking temperatures in Portugal left the vegetation tinder-dry. At least 19 people died in the forest fires,and there was massive economic damage.
