As of 2014,it is the world's largest solar bridge,spanning the River Thames as part of platforms at Blackfriars train station. The roof contains 4400 photovoltaic panels,producing electricity from the energy in sunlight and providing a large proportion of the station's energy needs. Photographed in June 2013
