Electronic circuit temporary tattoo. Close up photograph of an ultrathin mesh electronic circuit printed on a temporary tattoo and glued onto a person's skin. The circuit can be stretched and deformed without adversely affecting performance. The skin's natural exfoliating process ensures the circuit falls off after around two weeks. Future applications could include spray-on sensors that monitor the body and wearable electronic gadgets. Built by the Rogers Research Group,University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign | |
