This scene,circa 1890,was photographed at 'The Lodge' the Bells' holiday home in Baddeck,on the island of Cape Breton,Nova Scotia,Canada. Bell is at lower right with his younger daughter. His other daughter is at left. In 1877,he married Mabel (1857-1923,nee Hubbard). They had two daughters,Elsie May Bell (1878-1964) and Marian Hubbard Bell (called Daisy,1880-1962).
