| Weather balloon launch. This is a captive (tethered) weather balloon,that will obtain its data while anchored to the ground rather than being released to rise through the atmosphere. It is a BALTHUM (Balloon Temperature and Humidity) barrage balloon,designed to measure temperature and humidity.
