Andean Condor Conservation Project. Vets administering an anaesthesia to an injured female Andean condor (Vultur gryphus) as part of the Andean Condor Conservation Project. The project, founded in 1991,aims to reintroduce Andean condors to the wild through captive breeding programs and nursing injured birds back to health.
