Cato Street Conspiracy arrests,historical artwork. This group,which included a police spy,had been plotting to assassinate the British Prime Minister Lord Liverpool,and his cabinet. They were arrested at their Cato Street meeting place,near Edgware Road,London,on 23 February 1820. There was a struggle during which a policeman was killed.
