Giraffes are the tallest living land animals and grow to a height of 5.5 metres and to over a tonne in body weight. They feed mainly on the twigs and leaves of trees. When giraffes begin to overpopulate their habitat,they are transported by truck to a new area where resources are more plentiful. Photographed in Isiolo,Kenya.
