Plastinated body exhibit, arranged in a reclining position. The technique of plastination conserves dead bodies by replacing water and fat with plastic. The technique preserves detailed anatomy,so the bodies can be dissected and put on display. Here,a whole skeleton is presented with blood vessels. In the body cavity, the lungs, heart and liver structures are seen, and in the abdomen the blood vessels of the digestive tract are seen. Individual organ exhibits are seen in the background.
