Facial features are developing; the eyes have migrated inward from the sides of the head, which is large with a bulging forehead. Upper limbs are differentiated into forearms, wrists and fingers; the lower limbs progress at a slower rate. The liver is functioning, enlarged due to production of red blood cells until the bone marrow takes over, and sexual differentiation has occurred.
