Pseudomonas fluorescens bacterium, coloured transmission electron micrograph (TEM). P. fluorescens is a common gram-negative rod-shaped non-invasive and opportunistic pathogen that rarely infects healthy individuals. It has multiple flagella (orange) that it uses for locomotion.
