U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) contractor Wilson Yee tests the amount of sulphur dioxide in the air in the Black Sands neighbourhood impacted by the Kilauea volcanic eruption, while his team installs a temporary air monitoring station on May 20, 2018.
