Here,pelvic bones appear blue; the swollen uterus is at centre; above the uterus is the thin-walled bladder. The cancer appears as a lighter irregular mass (centre right) in the uterus. Leio- myosarcoma is a rare form of uterine cancer. The more common form affects the uterus lining.
