IBM Sequoia supercomputer. This supercomputer is capable of 16.32 sustained petaflops (quadrillion floating point operations per second). It was the world's fastest supercomputer in June 2012. It had dropped to number three in the 2013 list. Programs and simulations run on this supercomputer include cosmology simulation framework HACC,and Cardioid code for the electrophysiology of the human heart.
