Paul Tissandier's balloon license,issued by the Aero-Club de France on 7 January 1904. French aeronaut Paul Tissandier (1881-1945),the son and nephew of aeronaut brothers Gaston and Albert Tissandier,would go on to pilot airships and aeroplanes. The Aero-Club de France (founded 1898) became a founder member of the International Aeronautical Federation (FAI) in 1905.
