USS Constellation's final voyage, aerial photograph. This is the USS Constellation (CV-64), a Kitty Hawk-class supercarrier. It was built from 1957, launched in 1960, commissioned in 1961, and decommissioned and struck from the naval register in 2003. The scrapping process was completed in 2017. Here, the ship is travelling from the Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance Facility, Bremerton, Washington, to Bronwsville, Texas, via Cape Horn.
