Braille book production. A print worker collates braille pages produced at a publishing house which prints books and other materials for the visually impaired. Braille is a system of writing that allows blind people to access print. It consists of sequences of cells, each of which contains a pattern of raised dots that can be sensed through the fingers. Different patterns of dots represent letters, numbers, punctuation marks and even short words. Photographed in Kentucky, USA. | |
