Black-headed herons (Ardea melanocephala) building a nest. This heron usually breeds during the wet season,building a bulky nest of sticks and twigs,and laying 2-4 eggs. It lives in dry grassland,and feeds on rodents and insects. It can reach a length of 85 centimetres. It is found in Africa,south of the Sahara Desert.
