Broadclub cuttlefish (Sepia latimanus) hunting on the sea floor. This cuttlefish changes colour according to its surroundings by dilating or contracting pigment cells called chromatophores. Rhythmic bands of colour are quickly pulsed along the body and arms, possibly to mesmerise and distract its prey. Cuttlefish feed on small molluscs, crabs, shrimp and fish.
