During anaphase the chromosomes have duplicated,and each complete set is in the process of moving to opposite poles of the cell. In this way,nuclear division occurs,and two new nuclei will result. The chromosomes are moved by spindle microtubules (not seen) in the cytoplasm. During mitosis a cell produces two genetically identical daughter cells.
