Numbers and colour-coding indicate the time zones. Examples are Chad (central Africa) in time zone UTC+1,Moscow at UTC+3,China at UTC+8,and New York at UTC-5. Some areas have fractional time zones (India,UTC+5.5; central Australia,UTC+9.5; Venezuela,UTC-4.5).
